Agreed. So you are saying that “I believe I am hungry” is a statement about something evident. The problem, as I’m sure you know, is that there is a fuzzy and debatable line between what is and is not evident.

At any rate, that is something that distinguishes Pyrrhonists from Academic Skeptics: the latter thought you can hold probabilistic beliefs about non-evident matters.
