Elliot, well, as I said, I’ve looked at much of the literature on Euthyphro, and the only answers I’ve seen, even from big shot theologians, seem to just miss the point and/or engage in a significant amount of mental gymnastics. We may have to agree to disagree there.

As for my rejection of theism, yes, the argument from (natural) evil is pretty strong. But most importantly I try to follow Hume and proportion my beliefs to the evidence. And I see no evidence.
