Ian, yes, some metaphysicians would agree with your suggestion. But it seems to me that there is no ontological status to concepts like “truth” that is independent of what human beings think. Which is why we have different definitions in the philosophical literature. Frankly, for me it’s epistemology pretty much all the way down.
