Rome, I'm not exactly clear what your question is. But I'll give it a try, correct me if that's not what you meant.
Much (though not all) indigenous knowledge is neither science nor pseudoscience. It's a mix of traditional beliefs, myths, and actual empirical observations.
But if one were to try to have it taught in science classes at university -- as some indigenous tribes are trying to do in Canada -- then it would become pseudoscience, because it contradicts accepted scientific knowledge.
