Stephen, yes, I’m familiar with the concept. Some Stoic techniques work toward building a similar attitude in people. However, antifragility is limited to a particulr aspect of one’s life, while Stoicism is a comprehensive philosophy, useful also to set one’s priorities, adjust one’s ethical compass, etc..
