That is one of the least constructive things I’ve ever read from you. Which is surprising, since you are usually so thoughtful. Postmodernism is on its way out, and it was never a major impetus in philosophy. The best criticism of it came from philosophy of science. As for what you call the ideological drivel of the humanities, it’s a whole separate discussion, it has little to do with philosophy, and you are writing (as if there were no nonsense in science. Do I need to mention the huge replication crisis in both psychology and medical science? Or that self-absorbed and increasingly nonsensical drivel in physics about strings and parallel universes?
