I don’t think the fundamentals have changed that much since the time of Musonius. For instance, he advocates simple foods that are nutritious, easy to cook, and readily available. That’s pretty much the same advice that we get nowadays from food writer Michael Pollan.
Sure, some of the details will be different, because our knowledge improves. But that’s a good thing, no?
